Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The issue here is that Prymaxe declared a value for the item on the customs declarationThey provided information and filled out the declaration incorrectly, which is NOT the customer's responsibility, it is Prymaxe'sCustoms provided a note inside the package stating that the form was filled out falsely and that I should notify the shipperI contacted Prymaxe's customer service to request a return so that I could reclaim the fees from customs (not from Prymaxe, all they had to do was let me do a simple return) because customs requires a proof of return to refund the feesPrymaxe gave me the same "not our responsibility" response as they provided hereIt's a shame they'd rather leave their customers hanging than do a simple return Regards, [redacted]
We always try to do best by our customers, and in this case like all of them sent the package to the correct address. We are not responsible for any taxes our customers country may add on to their shipping charges. Every customer has the opportunity to refuse a package.

Customs provided a note inside the package stating that the form was filled out falsely and that I should notify the shipper. I contacted Prymaxe's customer service to request a return so that I could reclaim the fees from customs (not from Prymaxe, all they had to do was let me do a simple return) because customs requires a proof of return to refund the fees.
