Customer experienced issues with his delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.
Customer's order was divided into 2 shipments, one via USPS and one via UPS.

After being notified by the customer via phone call that his shopping address has been mistyped, we contacted USPS to ensure proper delivery of shipment number [redacted] (shipment #1).
Before being able to change the delivery address for shipment #2, customer decided that he no longer wants the merchandise as it would not arrive in time. Because of that, shipment #2 (via UPS) was requested to be return to sender (tracking # [redacted]).
Customer was notified that a full refund will be issued upon the return of merchandise already delivered.

Review: I placed an order (order #[redacted]) on 8-**-2014. I also called and left a voice mail at the time of placing the order explaining that I needed all items from the $180 order before Thursday, August [redacted] and to contact me if that wasn't possible. They called me on 8-** indicating the entire order had shipped that day and I should get it on 8-** or 8-**. After not receiving the order on 8-** I called them back and they then confirmed they had realized the order was being split into 2 shipments on their end, and they had the address incorrect for the 2nd shipment. I asked how that could happen and they indicated "It is not your issue" When I attempted to tell them it was my issue as I had not received any shipments, they became very inappropriate. I have left 2 seperate messages regarding the status of the order, speaking with [redacted] both times. I have not received the shipment nor have I received any return phone calls from Management. I now believe this is a shell company and doesn't really exist.Desired Settlement: Credit account
