I am rejecting this response because:They are very disorganized, and every tournament we played with them is the samething. We are very unhappy with the way they handle their business. This tournament in NY should had canceled, it was disaster. By the response they gave about this complaint, it shows how they are (always right). I really hope this complaint can help them to improve their business.
