Soccer Master

Our team ordered complete team uniforms for sixteen girls on June 21, 2019. It is now September 5, 2019, our season has begun, and we still do not have uniforms. We were told today that the team salesman will no longer take our calls. Most of the parents have decided to reverse their credit card charge, and purchase generic uniforms from Dicks. It’s sad that Soccer Master was unable to take advantage of the additional market share that was made available when *** went out of business earlier this year.

I purchased a pair of Goalie gloves on March 31st which was a Sunday. I took the plastic off the gloves that you are supposed to take off and in doing so they left a smudge mark, on top of that it looked like the stitching started to come undone. On Monday April st the next day, I went in and explained my situation. I was told there was a mark on them and if they could not clean they would not refund. Last time I checked if their is something out of compliance, the store takes it up with *** and refunds store credit so you continue to spend your money in the same place. I will NEVER go back to any Soccer Master store ever. We buy uniforms their for team I coach and used to buy all my soccer equipment there, not any more.
