I was moving out of state to one of Hubbard Properties ([redacted]) in Decatur Al. I was in constant contact with the management for one month before my move. When I arrived at [redacted] the apartment they showed me was UNINHABTABLE! Filthy, torn carpet, no window screens, and large black bugs everywhere. When I tried to contact Hubbard Properties all I got was the run around. So I want to warn everyone, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !
