Review: I purchased a website from SoCal Wholesale Depot on March 27, 2014. This website was supposed to belong to me. Now for some reason my website is down. I have not been able to bring it up for over a month. I've tried contacting [redacted] at SoCal Wholesale Depot to find out why the site is down. I get no response from this company. I've emailed them numerous times. I've also tried calling and leaving a message. I never got to speak with anyone, or got a return phone call. I want a full refund for the website I purchased. Thank You. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. I'm tired of trying to contact this person and not getting a reply. I also placed an order for merchandise and did not get my full order. I was charged for the merchandise. I never received a refund for the item that was out of stock. This company is a joke.

Review: I signed up to be a wholesale distrutor through SoCal Wholesale Depot at the beginning of January. My boyfriend used his debit card to purchase the membership kit & the card was charged on January 3, 2015. According to their website, the kits are shipped out via UPS as soon as the card payment is processed. As of today, January 30, 2015, I still have not received my kit. I have left them offline messages on their live chat, I have sent them numerous emails, I have called the number listed and have left voicemails on that phone. My boyfriend has also left voicemails. At first I kindly asked when I was going to receive my membership kit. After numerous attempts to get in touch with them & no response, I just finally told them I wanted my membership fee back. On their website they say they have a 30 day money guarantee. I still have not heard anything at all from anyone in this company. I'm tired of their ways & they should be looked in to. Everyone should be aware of them & be very careful. They do not run a business very well at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my membership fee of $99 back. Either put it back on my boyfriend's debit card or mail me a check.
