I wish that I could give them a "O" stars! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE ever with a service company. To make a VERY long and painful story short... my washer has been broken for 6 weeks AFTER they tried to "fix" it. I called my warranty company and they have been more helpful than SoCal tech (whom they referred me to). They are unresponsive, rude, inattentive, unknowledgeable, unreliable. I am STILL waiting for them to fix the washer. STAY AWAY!!!!!
