Review: I contacted this business on 2/5/15 and purchased a $100 automotive detail gift card as a valentine's day gift. My credit card was charged on 2/6/15 for the purchase. I have not received a gift card or gift certificate in the mail to date. On 2/19/15 (after several other phone calls and messages) I reached the owner and requested a refund in which the owner (Joe Seals) agreed as he stated "he dropped the ball". As of today, 3/18/15, I still have not received a gift card/gift certificate or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund issued to my credit card in the amount of $100 or a money order/cashier's checked mailed to me in the amount of $100.
