Dear Ms***, In response to your letter referencin* the enclosed complaint from a one *** *** located at *** *** *** *** ***, CA 92129, we can not go into detail as it is a open legal case being prepared and filed in *** *** County Courts for slander and
defarmation of characterAs advised by legal council, we are to inform you that the listed complaint has no legal merit and is another attempt by Mr*** to slander our company with maliceI can however inform you that the basis for Mr***'s complaint is based on an erroneous charge that money is do for returnAfter a complete audit was performed on his account in where the auditor found that Mr*** had not infact paid for services performed not listed in his agreementThis open invoice is yet to be paid and is now more than days past dueLegal action is also being taken in small claims court for this amountTherefor further discussion about this matter can not be conducted with the Revdex.com as they are not listed as a party in this case nor have any legal jurisdiction on any civil matters or disputes in any countyAs stated in his own words, "notified me to "cease and desist all communications with them and threatened to report me to the *** *** Police Department for harrasment." You may want to take a minute and evaluate that statement for as to why would action be needed or warrantedThere is your answer as to why we can not resolve directlyMr*** ***He has demonstrated on numerous occasions that he is mentally disturbed and acts ony in a fraudulent manner, uses threats, acts of violence and defamation to resolve his issues but also does not pay his outstanding invoicesHe failed to mention that the company refused to also continue his ongoing maid service that had we had been servicing for yearsHis behavior was so disturbin* and caused such great distress that no employee would return to his property aloneNeighbors even warned of ongoing issues with Mr*** and have provided us with notarized statements concerning his behaviorWe hope this helps you understand the complexity of this legal matter. We would like to thank you for contacting us in this matter to notify us of Mr***'s continued efforts to defame the company and it's employees with malice. *** ***SoCal Home Servicescc - *** *** ***
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I completely reject the business response from SoCal Home Services that you forwarded to me on December 13, 2017. The content of the business response is clearly retaliatory and threatening in nature and is without basis in-fact for any and all of the accusations made by the business. My complaint and request for resolution remains as originally submitted to the Revdex.com; namely, that I am seeking a refund in the amount of $248.50 for non-performance of landscaping services that were paid in full but never completed by SoCal Home Services. All invoices from SoCal Homes Services for landscaping work done at our home were paid promptly and in full. I will be happy to provide you with all invoices and cancelled checks as verified documentation. There are no “open invoices” as SoCal Home Services claims. I am also willing to provide Revdex.com with the complete string of email communication between myself and SoCal Home Services regarding this matter. I totally dismiss any accusations of defamation or slander against the business as alleged. Other than emails or text messages between the two parties, the only other communication that has been made is to file my complaint for a refund with the Revdex.com. Likewise, I am offended by the untruthful charges about my character and behavior which are utterly false and laughable. To my knowledge, as of today December 13, 2016, I am not aware of and have not been notified of any “pending legal action” either in San Diego County Courts or Small Claims Court. This is not a “complex legal matter” as SoCal Home Services professes. It is request for a refund of less than $250. However, if the business chooses to proceed in the manner they threaten, I gladly welcome the opportunity to refute the baseless allegations made against me and truthfully resolve the issue in a court of law. I would also like to point out that the business response from SoCal Home Services was not received by the Revdex.com within the timeframe allowed for replies. Per Revdex.com notification to me, the complaint was “closed as unresolved” last week on 12-8-16. Additionally, I would like to inquire as to why my full complaint narrative about SoCal Home Services is not publically visible on their member page of the Revdex.com website. I was told it would be made public after a redaction review for protecting personal information (such as the business owner’s name) within about 2 weeks. Finally, I noticed that the SoCal Home Services accreditation rating changed from a D+ during the complaint review process to an A- today. I am wondering if there is an error in the current rating or what is the basis for their improved rating?
Regards,
