sla is just worried about the money they are not focus on rehabilitation at all its a scam! don't let these junkies fool you don't send your loved ones there it's all about the money and if you cannot pay your fees, they'll come up with some bs! to kick you out and put you on the streets it doesn't matter if your ill, sick or whatever! there is so much more wrong with this place and don't get me started on the roaches and bedbugs.

I've been at Jax1 for right at 17 mths. I love it here. The director is awesome. The complex needs some work but the program is awesome. It has given me the tools I need to stay sober.

I've really enjoyed being here. Because of sober living America I've been sober for over a year. The director is awesome and the guest are my family.

SLA is a scam parading as a rehab. They pack 6 or more people in a small apartment and charge exorbitant rent that could cover the cost of the apartment many times over. Their "directors" are ex-"patients" right out of the program with zero training and are very likely to be the cause of your loved one's relapse. They are over run with violent felons with zero training other than SLA's 12 step program even though it has been shown to fail over and over again. If you want your loved one to get real help keep them far away from Sober Living America! There is very little supervision and they have no authority. If you slip up they kick you out!?!?! Very dangerous. SLA is a scam at best and a dangerous, drug den at worst. Stay far away!
