We recently had SoBellas Appliance fix our ice dispenser in our refrigerator and the door of our dishwasher Jose was our repairman He was personable, friendly and an expert at his job He had to visit us twice to first determine what each appliance needed and to order the parts then to fix what was broken He was always at our house at the time scheduled so we never had to wait for him I would definitely recommend SoBellas to my friends

SoBellas' customer service representatives are very kind and efficient Their response time is usually within a few days, which is much faster than the other service I tried before them Their technicians are good at their job and very pleasant people

Jose Martinez came to the house to effect warranty repairs on our kitchen double oven rangeHe did a great job and was highly professional and pleasant tooHad it all done in about 1-hoursIn all of my years this was probably the best experience that I have had with any repair serviceThey are on my recall list should I ever need repairs in the future on any of our appliances

This is the second time in the past 3 months I've had to deal with SoBellas. They want to have GE's warranty contract but not provide the customer service! Jackie just told me I have to call GE myself to get my part. I was on hold with GE for over 30 minutes but have to go back to work! This is no different than all the frustrations I had with SoBellas fixing my GE refrigerator, same rudeness from Jackie and lack of service as the last time. They need to give up the GE contract if they don't want to provide service.

Rudy came by today to check on my refrigerated air and do some maintenance. Rudy was extremely thorough and explained everything very well. He also gave me advice on how to run a more efficient system.

Excellent service with convenient scheduling. Highly recommended.
