Review: I have been trying for over a month to get the company to find missing dry cleaning and to refund dry cleaning funds not used.Desired Settlement: Cost of the missing dry clean ($100) plus refund of remaining dry cleaning balance (approximately $100)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
They lost my dry cleaning, never responded to me, and I found out yesterday they went out of business on Monday without warning their customers, and they were bought by another company.
Review: I sent items to Soapy Joes for dry cleaning on a recommendation by my apartment complex [redacted], a part of [redacted] properties. After 6 days of not receiving my clothes back, I called Soapy Joes. I spoke to Mary she stated they had a computer issue where they lost all data from new customers. She asked for a description of items sent and said she would call me back that afternoon. 2 days later, I called after not hearing back. I spoke to Mary again who asked for more information on my items lost Apparently they were removed from the bags. I gave her more descriptions and again, told I would be contacted. Again - nothing from this company. I have about $800 of clothing items that disappeared and zero contact from Soapy Joes.Desired Settlement: I do not want a soapy joe's credit as I won't do business with them. I want a financial replacement for my lost items.
