Soapy Joe’s car wash

I'm sad to report that this location is defrauding it's customers in relation to a specific product, the Magic Potion wash at $20.00 dollars a visit. In my opinion the Hot Wax is a crucial part of this service and it has been a problem as far back as 11 June 2018. The wax dispenser was only partially working. On 19 July and through 22 July it doesn't dispense wax at all and they are taking money for this. Fraud is serious and it would appear that some of the staff at this location are not familiar with this. The people are nice and helpful however I was informed that "I had received all the other parts of the service" and that was considered enough for the $20. I will never buy 11 eggs for the price of 12!
