Review: SOAPe's web site says that after purchase, the company will email a product key to buyer within 24 hours. The deadline has come and gone, and there is no product key delivery, nor any communication at all. Furthermore, there is no way to contact the company HQ to talk to someone about my problem, as all phone numbers are "not accepting phone calls"Desired Settlement: I would like a delivery of the product key that I purchased or a refund if they are not going to be responsible enough to handle consumer issues.
