I hired this company via amazon to conduct a detailed clean of my apartment. The service provider came but did not do a thorough job of cleaning -- the job that I paid for. I have pictures showing the dirt and mess that was left after she claimed that she cleaned the apartment. I have contacted their customer service who said the cleaner came and cleaned, just that it was not up to my standards. I showed pictures that clearly indicated the apartment was not cleaned to anyone's standards. He promised to "look into the situation", but until now I have not heard any resolution. In the end, I did the cleaning myself.
This customer is making false claims about service provided. The customer received after complaint was made by the customer the technician who serviced the home sent photos showing the place was cleaned. Customer forward a picture of dirt on the floor and the couch messed up. The pictures received from my technician showed cleaned floors and the couch straightened.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have not received, contrary to the response from the provider, any photographs taken by the technician, and I am not sure what she took photographs of. I maintain that the apartment was not cleaned properly. I paid for a deep clean, and the woman who came did a job that cannot even be classified as mediocre, She did not clean under or behind furniture. She did not dust. She did not wipe properly. All the cleaning done to the apartment was done any myself and my aunt after she left. I came home to find that the place was not even swept. The pictures I produced were of the dirt gathered after we swept. If she had done any portion of her job, it is not possible that I would have found so much dirt. And if she had properly wiped the floor, I would not have come home to residual dirt. I have attached photographs showing the condition I found my apartment when I got home, and the dirt I gathered after I swept.
At this point, I have accepted that I will not be receiving a refund from these individuals, but they, particularly this technician needs to be called out for doing a poor and sloppy job. They cannot collect money from people for cleaning when they are not doing so. People hire cleaners because their schedule may not afford them the time to give their living space the time and care it needs. To have someone come into your home under the guise of cleaning, take your money and leave your place in practically the same way it was is not only unfair but also unethical.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely
