I received the above complaint and I am not able to find the customer's name ( *** *** ***) in our database of over 4,homeowners and the location listed on the complaint is my office address.Please provide the correct name and/or address so we can look into the matter and

The account would be under my maiden last name of ***. Address in question:*** *** *** ***La Mirada, CA ***The business did telephone me last week but when I anawered the personhung up which can be verified by my caller ID
We received a call on the morning of September 30, from the resident of unit ** advising us that their was some type of water leak coming from the garage ceiling and requested we send out a plumber to inspectWe issued a work order immediately to our Plumber "*** Plumbing" to inspect and advise what the cause of the leak was*** Plumbing emailed us on October 10, and advised us that the leak was coming from the plumbing of the unit above and it was the upstairs unit owners responsibility to repair the item that was causing the leak and that they contracted directly with *** Plumbing for the needed repairsThe leak turned out to be a leaky wax ring on the toilet on the upstairs unit and that is a owners responsibility to maintain at all times*** Plumbing had to cut a few holes in the walls and ceiling to find what was causing the leakAll of the damage that was caused as a result of the upstairs units toilet / wax ring leaking and investigation is the upstairs unit responsibility to repair including any damage to the ceiling, walls and personal property.The association has a policy to not repair any damage that is a result of a homeowner maintained item such as a toilet, wax ring, shower valve, shower caulking, cracked tub, etc. The choice to repair the drywall for this homeowner is not So Cal Property Enterprises decisionIt is a decision from the Board of Directors for our client The Glen at Hillsborough Homeowners Association The unit owner needs to work with the upstairs unit owner or insurance company for the repairsWe have also tried to assist the owner by providing the information we have on file for the upstairs unit owner (see attached email)
