Review: Horrible Horrible experience. Very Unethical.. Started out with the bate and switch on the price which turned into long conversation. Anyway, I was just moving my TV location about 4 feet over to go over the fireplace so I had all the pre-wired cables are there and available including my Ethernet cable. [redacted] pulled out the wires behind the wall, which I had placed there in a nice bundle, and everything was there including the Ethernet cable with the connector clip attached--as it should be--right. Well, I move away and [redacted] is still talking to me about the price and noticeably upset. I come back and look at the Ethernet cable and the tip is ripped off. And a few minutes early I saw him pull his knife out and started ripping cables and out of rage he ripped the Ethernet tip off knowing I could not watch TV without that cable. He then calls me over there and says "Not sure why this is like this but your DTV people should have put a connector on this and had it ready". My people did have it ready and it was ready prior to [redacted] ripping it apart with his knife. I am renovating my house so I video everything to have as a reference. I knew I had videoed the cables and back wall a few weeks earlier so I went to look at it, Sure enough--Ethernet cable connector on and looking good--just like it was when [redacted] pulled it out behind the wall earlier that day. I would not recommend [redacted] to anyone. Unethical and very unprofessional in his demeanor.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of money(s) paid to So Cal Installs.
