Ms,*** called me that her neighbor( who is my customer) recommended my company to fix her a/c unitAfter troubleshooting I found there is no freon in the system.I pressurised the system and checked for leaks.After founding no leak I told ms.*** about the problem and how much it would cost
to fiil with freonAfter O.K from her I charged system with freon and left the biil in the amount of $After month went by and I did not received the check I called ms.*** and she told me her boyfriend will send a check.I waited and called again and she said that I will not get paid because the unit never worked and she called another a/c company.A few days later I went to Tenafly precinct complaining and police officer called ms.***.She told him I will get paid for my services.I am still waiting

I am rejecting this response because: He never told me he was going to check for the leak he said he thought I had one and If he checked it would be alot more than what it was to put freon in, so he is lying He said if the freon works than you dont have a leak, if it stops working then you do I had the next guydo a thorough check of the equipment and he said definitely no leak He said the freon, if it was put in to the fullest could have escaped cause the O rings were laying on the ground It is somewhat of a process to check for freon and I know from other repair men it would cost more than the $charge he charged me Whatever he did was sloppy and incorrect because not only did my machine stop working it burnt up
