Extremely poor customer service.I found a Chevy Equinox online through CarGurus for 16,I called Snyder dealership to see if they still had the car and make a deal over the phone since I live an hour and a half awayThe salesman that I spoke with stated that they do still have the car, so between him and his manager we settled on a price of 16, After about minutes the manager called me back and stated that there was a mistake with the price of the car He stated that a few days prior the owner had increased the price to 18,and he could not sell it to me for 16,I notified him that 16,was the online price on CarGurus and all he said was there is nothing I can do except certify the car since it had not been previously certifiedHe stated he could not sell it to me for the price that we had just previously settled on
