Review: after delivering to my business for approximately 5 years Snyder of Berlin abruptly and without warning stopped showing up. upon contacting Snyder of Berlin I was repeatedly told by people in many positions at the company that someone would show up at my establishment. after about 6 weeks of contact with Snyders and still no one showing up, we decided to give up on Snyder of Berlin products. POOR customer service!!!! Will NEVER do business with them again. Snyder of Berlin has no respect for small businesses.Desired Settlement: Informational only. Just telling a story that needs to get out to other small businesses.
