wanted money upfront to replace roof and repair inside ceiling.gave roofer downpayment,incomplete work and will not provide receipt with warranty
about 8/14/contracted snug roofing to replace roofing and repair inside lower and upper ceiling.roofer wanted the money upfront claiming its practice.gave him down payment.he rushed to finish the roof but not all of it.he demanded the balance for the entire job.I refused to pay him the balance since the entire job was not completed.it became an issue.I did not feel comfortable work with him anymore.I requested an itemized invoice of work done and the warranty stated on it so I can pay him the difference of the roof that he did.I have sent him text message and followed up with phone calls.he has yet to provide me with the receipt .I want to pay him his balance but I need to have a complete receipt of what he did.I am very disappointed in the roofer
