I am rejecting this response because:It wasn’t fixed correctly, if it was then I wouldn’t be messagingMy car is sitting in my drivewayI can’t turn the wheel, it’s leaking power fluid and the car shuts off when I turn the wheelThis was basiclly 1-weeks after getting the car backI didn’t bring it up to you because I don’t want it repaired by youIt took 2-months for you to find the partAll I want is a refund for the car because I have to go and pay for someone else to fix it againI wouldn’t have gone with you guys fixing my car if I had known it would take you guys 2-months to find the partI called basiclly week after week and the same response “ well we found the part it should be in soon and we will have it on in a day” then I’d call later and I would hear “ it’s super hard to find the right part.” Or something of the sortThat may be trueIf that’s the caseTell me you won’t work on my car since it would be such a trouble and I could’ve then just taken it to a official Audi placeInstead I waited without a car for 2-months for a repair that didn’t even lastThen I can’t even drive the car because it’s not inspectedAnother thing you all agreed to becausenof the waitIdc about the repairI just want a refund so I can get the car fixed correctly this time.

Only thing I repaired was power steering he knew how long it would take to repair. He knew the battery was dead. He never came back and said something, if he would have let me know before I would have worked with him to fix it.
