Snows Foreign Car Inc

Review: [redacted]'s had this car for approximately one year, demanded payment in full last week but has not completed the work they demanded I pay for. Owner, [redacted], threatened to impound car and charge "storage" fees if not paid for in full via cash only.The car was returned in worse condition that it was provided. They charged for, but did not fix the, the following items:Engine tuningFixing the clutchFixing the brakesIgnition wiringCooling systemHandbrakeWorse, they did not return the car running but they said they did start it for several minutes - if so that could potentially require an engine rebuild. The engine was freshly rebuilt and required proper break-in procedures which they admitted they did not follow.In addition to this the car was physical damaged during their possession of it. Specifically:1) The passenger front fender was bent and caved in, apparently from being dropped off a jack.2) The passenger side front fender was damaged via something apparently dropping on it from the top3) The passenger side rear fender has been deeply scratched and requires repainting4) The car was left in the rain without being properly covered over the course of the year and it is now rusting as a result. [redacted]'s promised they keep the car inside while they had it but failed to do so.The shop owner, [redacted], was verbally abusive towards me, refused to engage on any of the issues raised, and has refused to return my calls or attempts to resolve these issues.Desired Settlement: Refund for work not done, compensation for the damage done to the car while under their care.
