Review: I ordered a cd of photos from a whitewater rafting trip in 2011. The CD shipped to me was not of me and my group or the boat that I was in. The merchant still has my photos on their website here: [redacted] but has not responded to my email or phone call over a 5 day period. All I want is the photos that I ordered. I even have the receipt on file that shows that I ordered the right thing--they just shipped me somebody elses photos.Desired Settlement: As they still have my photos available for purchase on the website, I just want my photos to be delivered to me in any way possible--whether digitally, on a CD or other media storage device. I ordered the entire album "CD Includes all photos of 1 Boat - $40.00" - they delivered an entire album but it isn't even of the same boat--not even the same color of boat!

I have been in contact with [redacted], I have resent her order by mail. I received a description of the people on the raft from Amber, and confirmed this will be the correct disc. I was out of the country, this is my slow season for business orders. I typically vacation this time of year. She should have the CD within the week. Everything should be resolved, but if for some reason there is more trouble I am now here in the states and will be more responsive:)
