I am writing this in reference to ID# ***.
I am very sorry for the unfortunate experience that the customer had with his snowboard bindingsThis is a warranty issue, and we immediately contacted the manufacturer regarding the problem after the customer sent a
photograph to us showing the broken strapFlow immediately responded, and sent the replacement part via UPS, tracking number ***He received them in time for his scheduled trip on 2/12/14.
We pride ourselves on very quick responses regarding any warranty issues that occur with product that we sell, and we do our best to facilitate the warranty process to make it as easy as possible for the customer, however, we will not reimburse for incidental damages that occur as a result of product warranty problemsThe manufacturer also will not consider incidental damages regarding product usage, but will do everything to try to repair/replace defective products.
Thank you,
Paul Ledbetter

A good friend of mine bought me a pair of snowboard bindings for my birthday. He didn't know this at the time but I can't wear that style of snowboard binding. The bindings were bought January 27, the return period ended February 27, And I contacted them March 5. That's just seven days after the return. I personally got the gift March 2.
I told them that they are brand-new and they were never used. I got a reply back from somebody named Mary. It was a two sentence email reply that basically said the return period is over thank you bye. I replied to that email asking if I can exchange them please. To this day Mary has yet to reply. I'm forced to sell the bindings myself at a big loss, even though they have never been used and still packed.
Needles to say I will never buy anything from this company and you shouldn't either. A 30 day return policy is understandable, but it should never be the reason to leave customers out in the cold.
I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. I had purchased a heated jacket for my wife for Christmas through Amazon. I had purchased it October 28, 2015. It was a surprise for her. As it turns out, on Christmas morning, the jacket was the wrong size. I attempted to return to for refund and purchase another size and they rejected my request. They said their policy was to return within 30 days no questions and that all of Amazon returns are 30 days! This is obviously not true. Furthermore, they said that this was the only size they sell so I couldn't do an exchange. I guess I got penalized for doing my Christmas shopping a little early and am out $150.
