Never received productRequested refund On preorder the case 12/for delivery in Jan/feb I have requested a refund and were given excuses multiple excuses that they could put it back on the credit that was used since it had been longer than days since it was purchased So I decided to wait Months passed [redacted] I received and email stating they should be shipping soon etc they then promised to send a different case while waiting for the original one I purchased I never receivedI then requested a refund and was told I needed a paypal account and supplied them with a email address and I would receive an email once it was processed That was over months agoEnough is enough
Ordered phone case over a year and a half ago never showed asked for refund and have not received it I pre ordered a phone case January for $usd taxes in via PayPalOn February I sent an email to see if it had shippedI got a response of no it was delayed due to manufacturing issuesThey said it would ship in 3-weeksOn July I sent another email saying I hadn't received my case yetReceived a response that it would be shipped late July and they would include a floater key chain for my inconvenienceAugust still not received they said within the next couple weeks they would begin shippingNovember 2015, months later still hadn't received my caseMarch I received a generic email from the "CEO" of the company saying they had been experiencing troubles with parts and production issuesMay emailed them asking where my case was they responded with in the final stages of production shipping will begin with in the next two weeks
