We spent $100 for 2 adults and a child on 10/06/22 for the prime rib buffet it was absolutely horrible. The prime rib was junk the rest of the food was too it was all low quality a truck stop diner has better food. The service was horrible as well all people who did not speak English and we could not understand anything they said. Very dissatisfied

Hello [redacted] – Thanks for getting in touch with us regarding the complaint about our Buffet promotion on June 25th.   While the information the guest provided is relatively accurate, our perspective is quite a bit different. Primarily that we would run a promo to gather personal information....

That of course simply isn’t accurate.  Also, we were prepared to address our overflow, including guests who simply couldn’t wait for their turn, with a bounce-back offer for the buffet.  We handed out just over 450 of these coupons to our guests on the 25th.   All of that aside, we would be delighted to offer this person’s group a ‘rain-check’ for the $6.25 buffet.  We can honor this any night of the week except Tuesday (our King Crab night).  If this is acceptable, please have this person contact me via email and we’ll work out the arrangements.  I would also look forward to the opportunity to assure your contact that this was an actual promotion and nothing less than a genuine offer.   Once again, thanks for giving us the opportunity to make this right.  If I can answer any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.   Kind regards, Scott S[redacted]
