Review: I took my car to [redacted] for an antifreeze leak. He took it in and claimed to change a radiator hose. I was charged $200.00 for this repair. When I got home, the antifreeze was still leaking. The next day, I took the car back to him. When I picked it up, it was still leaking, so I went to another mechanic to have it checked. The mechanic told me no hoses had been replaced, and the problem was a faulty water pump. The 2nd mechanic made the necessary repairs, and my car is fine now. I feel that [redacted] charged me for doing nothing more than adding anti freeze to my car.Desired Settlement: A refund of my fee, and a strike against this fraud.

According to Ms. [redacted] complaint, the radiator hose was only repaired NOT changed. After over two hours of diagnosing this leak, I explained to the customer that the cooling system may have other leaks and she should bring the car back the next day but never showed up. I have a a copy of her receipt that indicated that the hose was only repaired and she signed the receipt. I will supply a copy upon request. We run an honest family business and strive to keep our customers satisfied. This customer is lying and therefore I request this matter be dropped and handled appropriately or I will have no choice but to take action against her. Thank you for considering this request.
