I hired Snoho Cleaning Co to perform a deep clean and twenty regular cleans of our home($for deep clean and $for each clean?!) The first appointment on 8/13/she canceled due to 'being sick'The second appointment on 8/22/no one showed up, no notice was givenOn 8/24/18, I asked to be refunded in full the $I was told by Katlyn that she had started the refund process with 'Square' (SquareUp, a transaction company) on 8/27/I contacted 'Square' and was informed that no refund was ever started on her behalfIt wasn't until I informed her of my knowledge of this that on 9/12/it was startedOnly to be canceled by her sometime before 9/21/18, as I was informed by 'Square'It is now October and I have still yet to receive any money from Snoho Cleaning CoShe did say she switched banks, had problems with 'Square', was going to mail out a check from a new bankHer reasons for the delay are incredibly amusing & frustratingBest guess is she spent the

I was contacted by Snoho Cleaning Co LLC through my work email and bought one of the packages for cleaningsKat came and cleaned once then said she was going to focus on her commercial cleaning and wanted to refund me but then changed her mind and said she could still do biweekly cleansShe came the second time and then the third time she canceled claiming illness then the next week didn’t showAfter I sent an email saying where are you she sent a long email about needing to focus on her commercial cleaning and she needed to refund the moneyThat was October 4thAfter delays and excuses and empty promises for the refund, I have not heard from her since Tuesday October 30,

Katlyn D*** (has many other alias) has scammed hundreds of people out hundreds of moneyI’m just one of themI paid her $to clean my house in July bi-weekly until end of the year, December per her “pay up front” promotion she was offeringShe came one time since, did an unsatisfactory job and then never came againWeird thing is she kept in contactScheduling times to come but then had every excuse (miscarriage, in hospital with Lupus, her “really bad” employeesShe has still contacted me via email saying she is going to refund me my totalThis has been going on for months!

I was charged for the following ServicesDeep Clean, Months Biweekly Service, Interior Oven, Interior Fridge, Interior Windows x in the amount of $She Canceled the morning the services were to be provided, I reached out to her multiple times by email and phone to reschedule, I was finally able to reschedule and she No Showed, I contacted her and told her needed to be there, she said she would come later, she didn't show again, I reached out to her AGAINand rescheduled for the next day, I got an email with her NO SHOWING AGAINI requested a refund as I had tried more times then I should have had to, to get these services providedI have now requested MULTIPULE times and still have not seen a refund
