Snodgrass-King Pediatric Dental Associates

I have been a faithful patient of the Snodgrass-King dentist office in Murfreesboro, TN and I am going on my 3rd year but my last visit for a crown was so bad that I will never go back again
The temp crown popped off the very next day (which was a Saturday) so I had to go the whole weekend without a tooth; I went back on the following Monday to get it put back in and whenever my permanent crown came in, DrB opened the bag & there was no crown in the bag While I realize that this was an error, I was frustrated at this point because I had driven miles from work and had to leave work early
On my 4th time to go into the office for my permanent crown, I had asked for some "good customer service" for my being inconvenience" and they gave me a whitening kit- However they were always nice to me until I made a complaint about my experience with them and then the office manager and DrB were extremely defensive and just plain rude to me
Whenever I was in the chair getting my permanent crown put in- I stated "that I just wanted to cry" as I was very emotional as many people sitting in a dentist chair can be and whenever DrB asked me why I wanted to cry, I stated that I just wanted this to be over with DrB''s response to me was "well trust me, I'm ready for this to be over with too"
I could not stop crying at that point I am paying Snodgrass-King for a service and do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner
I love Carol there so I will be very sad to leave her and she has given me the most wonderful dental experience that I have ever had in my lifeBut for a dentist and office manager to speak to me so rudely- I will find another dentist
