I Know Snodgrass and Brian P [redacted] for a few years now, first impressionvery humble, honest and knowledgeable personThe first time I used his service I was not even at home, he stopped by, fixed the issue and then came back later again to make sure that I was happy and then he charged meHe could made up some ridiculous repair while I was out if he wanted tooI was very Pleased !!! Second time, we needed a new unit Because of the busy schedule, we could not get the job going for at least over a week, so Brian P [redacted] sent his team again to re-charge the system with freon, as a courtesy so at least we could have a more comfortable weekendWow ! Bryan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty by performing a few extras here and there to make sure that the new unit will work properly and efficientlyThey are super neat and clean at what they do, it seemed that my a/c was going to be presented at some fancy art gallery, it was amazing to see this guys in actionI am very happy with the job performedWithout hesitation I am recommending Snodgrass and Brian P***
