when I hired all american sprinklers company to do the backyard, I showed ***, the owner, what gotta be done, and clearly specified that one of the biggest issues that gotta be solved was the water coming from our neighbors sprinklers
*** assured me that there will be no issues after they are done with my backyard, and he knows what he's doingwell, just couple months later the problem was back, I contacted *** and he said lets wait until spring and we will take care of it, (it was around end of october), then I contacted *** again in may to ask him to do his job as promised and he said nothing to worry, that he's gonna come and take a look at it, unfortunately its end of June now and my 11k investment in the backyard is soaking
I've tried to call *** many times to discuss the solution and doesn't even answer the phone,,

My year old Mother made several phone calls to American Sprinkler to have them repair a sprinkler head and to turn on the system, and they never returned our phone callWe even drove down to the "store front" to see if we could set up a time in person to have this done- and there was no store front at the address listed As of this writing, my Mother is having to manually water her lawnWe were initially impressed with this company when we purchased the system last year, but it turns out that their customer service is terrible We are extremely disappointed with this company

This company provides medical products to the hospital in the area with ridiculous price tags
I found the same product for half the price this company charge(This company charged me for the same product the Walmart is selling for 19)Worst thing is they sell their stuff through hospitals and physicians who don't care how much the patients pay for the productsAnd the innocent patients always become the victims their scamThis is bad!
