Sneaky Pete's

I went to the Sneaky Pete's restaurant located in the Food Court inside Riverchase Galleria and purchased $29.51 worth of food. The items included a number 13 combo which includes 2 hamburgers, fries and a drink. My order was put together with no care as the hamburgers were sloppy and the cheese I ordered for my fries was old and cold. When I took the food back to the counter I was told that I could not receive a refund by the manager on duty whom called the owner and he stated that I could not receive a refund. As I proceeded to point out the fact that their was nothing in writing on the receipt or located any where in the business they called mall security on me. I was informed by mall security that the issue was a civil matter. Since I couldn't receive a refund I asked to have my food cooked fresh and was told '*** no? by the cashier ***. I told them to just throw away the food and left.
