I ordered a shirt on 3/4/24 here it is 4/2/24 no shirt emailed customer service 4 times on response. Atleast they could answer the email

I ordered the concord 5 shirt an was sent a racer blue one. I contacted customer service an they said they would send the correct one out. It's been 3 weeks an I still haven't received my shirt. I won't do business with them again.

The shirts I ordered for my husband came relatively quick. They matched his Jays and that's all he cared about. They were pretty responsive when I contacted customer service to check on my order so I'll order from them again.

Look I’ve tried to get a number to speak with a real human since u guys don’t return emails I want to check on my package I spent a lot of money and I don’t want to cancel I’d prefer the order

I didn’t want to initially shop with them but they kept popping up in my IG timeline, so I gave them a chance. I wish I had read these reviews.. this company is the worst. I ordered 3 face mask, a sleeve, and a $50 shirt. Over a month ago. On the site they said free shipping over $50 they still charged me $4 and said they would reimburse me or send my order. up until now I haven’t received anything. No refund or merchandise. I’m about to dispute the charges thru my back but y’all should be ashamed of yourself..

It has been two weeks since I've placed my order and I haven't received a tracking number or any notification that it has been shipped. ALL attempts to reach them have failed. They are active on Twitter, but won't even respond to my request for them to look into my order. I'll never order from here again and I will keep working to get my money back.

I ordered from [redacted] After a week, I still didn't receive a tracking number, I sent an email, NO RESPONSEAfterwards I received a tracking number from them, after days I checked the number and [redacted] was still waiting on their organization to submit the packageThree emails, complaint on their website later, no RESPONSE

I ordered from Sneaker Outfits on December 5th and I received a email on December 17th that my order shipped I tracked my order as soon as I got the email that it shipped only to read shipping label was created USPS is awaiting on item every time I track same message nothing has changed. In 3 days it will be 30days since I paid for and placed my order ! What is going on with this company, not professional at all ! I’ve sent multiple emails and no response WOW ! Ordered 2 hoodies for my son for Xmas. $80. Each... haven't received a tracking number or a response to many emails I sent. This company is BS!

I order a shirt from there website, it’s been 4 weeks no tracking number & the package has yet to be delivered. What’s the point of paying for shipping if it’s not gonna be here on time. I emailed them, no answer. I want a refund, but they have a no refund policy. I’m ready to sue.

Fraudulent company I ordered from them over a month ago and still no shirt. I have emailed them and they won’t respond. Beware this company is Fraudulent

So far I have not received a tracking number it’s been 5 days still waiting to see what happens, I did not read the reviews . Now I wish I would have ,I haven’t gotten a response yet as well. I will have to file a complaint as well if I do not receive my order.

Why is it taking so long just to ge a tracking number like come what or doing just taking people money
