I placed (and paid for) an order on April 15, 2016. I have checked with customer service about my order several times. Once I was told that they had no materials with which to make my order, and twice I was told that it was lost in the mail. That is their excuse today. They are offering me a refund or I can wait at least another month while they try again. I find it unbelievable that my order cannot be expedited after all this time. It is also worth mentioning that although this company claims to be in Delaware, a foreign transaction fee appeared after I had paid for the order. It's also worth mentioning that most companies don't charge you until they ship your order.
