Hello, We are responding to the notification received for the Consumer Complaint filed against Snazzy Traveler, complaint ID ***A reservation was placed in the name of Mr*** *** on 12/14/for *** Inn & Suites Orlando Universal BlvdThe reservation was booked for two
adults and the total cost of the reservation was $413.24. At the time of placing the reservation, 12/14/3:06:PM, Mr*** agreed to the Terms and Conditions, which explicitly state that in the case a reservation becomes unavailable, alternative accommodations can be offered, which may require additional fees, or a full refund may be issued for the total monies paid. On 12/20/17 Mr*** called in and wanted to check on his reservation to make sure it was active and confirmedOur representative informed him that his reservation was active and good to goLater that day, we received notification that the property had over booked and these dates were no longer availableOur reservations team immediately issued a full refund in the amount of $413.24. Our team reached out on 12/21/to inform Mr*** that his travel dates had come back as not available. We offered Mr*** an alternative accommodation at a lower cost than the original reservation, which included all requested amenities for a total cost of $Mr*** declined this option and requested for a supervisor to reach out. A supervisor called him back on 12/21/and apologized for the inconvenience.Weexplained the situation and Mr*** understoodWe informed him that a full refund had already been processed on our end and the call endedWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused Mr***We hope you will give Snazzy Traveler another opportunity to show the incredible benefits and travel discounts we have to offer.
