Hello There, We have been working closely with the client to assist with the issues they are having The suits are custom fitted which means we do rely solely on the accuracy of the measurements provided by the customer Each of the suits was made to the sizing that the customer
provided, and we have been working with them directly with those who did not fit to make the proper adjustments or remakeMost of the guys required only minor alterations to make the fit correct, and SnapSuits covers this cost A few have needed remakes because of inaccurate sizing provided to SnapSuits, all of this is done free of charge to the consumerEverything is settled and taken care of with this client now The comment about my lack of response was true as it was over the 4th of July weekend and I was at home following the passing of my grandmother so I didn't respond until the 5th.
