This customer it was more then just what she stated in the report on the computer. I had to replace the battery, the charger, the whole screen assumbily, I also had to reinstall the operating system and replace the...

keyboard. I only charged her for the parts. if I were to charge her for labor the total would of been over $100.00. not the $57.00. the problem with the program is I forgot to enter the product code for the operating system. I believe that she wanted all the work for free and not have to pay for anything. I will not give her the money back, because the money came out of my own pocket to order the parts.
