Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The test conducted was taken on fuel that was resupplied on 12/22/2017. This is not the fuel that was originally in question on 12/16/2017. Because of this, the test is not a valid test and should not be used as evidence in regards to the fuel quality issue. Please see the attached initial report from the Texas Department of Agriculture that was done on 12/27/2017, 11 days after the date gas was purchased. It states resupply of gasoline was done on 12/22/2017 after problem gas was pumped and before TX Dept. of Agriculture could occur a sample. Thus, the same demands stand. Reimbursement for the cost of vehicle tow, repair and initial gas purchased. Regards, [redacted]
I hope this message finds you wellWe take customer complaints very seriously as we are initimately aware of the fact that customer service and clean fuel are the lifeblood of our business, especially one that relies on return customers to thriveWith that said, the basis of this complaint is
unfounded as the Texas Department of Agriculture has tested samples of our fuel in response to any complaint that arises and we have received test results that prove that our product is compliant with state and federal regulationsBeyond that, the samples taken from our tanks contain volume of water.Thank you and please let me know if you need any additional information from us
