Ms [redacted] enrolled her son in camp with us the week of 8/– 8/14, Her son attended camp on Monday (8/10) and Tuesday (8/11) but didn’t return to camp for the rest of the weekWe were not notified that he was sickI emailed Ms [redacted] on Friday, 8/at 2:PM to see if he was okay and offered to transfer him into camp the following week, as a gesture of goodwill because her son really enjoyed the first two days of camp My email stated: Hi ***, I just heard from [redacted] that [redacted] didn't come back to camp after Tuesday of this weekI wanted to check in to see if everything was okay or if you needed to transfer into another camp for next week You're welcome to give me a call or text at the number below if that's easier for you Thank you! I didn't hear anything back from Ms [redacted] until she replied to my email on [redacted] 29, Because Ms [redacted] never cancelled her son’s camp enrollment we did not know that he wouldn’t be returning to campMs [redacted] registered and paid for a full week of camp and we held her son’s spot for the duration of the camp as we agreed to do
