Dear Revdex.com, This is in response to the complaint [redacted] dated 12/2/The customer [redacted] indicated that she never received any email from usHowever, we responded immediately to her refund request on 11/10, and cancelled her order at that time (email attached: Refund-Fulfilled-11-10-2015.pdf) Because this was a "pre-order" rather than an order, her credit card was never actually charged (only a pending charge was initiated) [redacted] emailed later again saying she had not received a refundWe sent a response on 11-27-(email attached: Confirmation of Refund - 11-27-2015.pdf) where we explained why she shouldn't see any charge or refund due to the pending nature of the original chargeSo in summary it is not true that we never responded to ***'s emails, or that we did not refund her orderAdditionally, I have spoken with [redacted] regarding these facts and she has requested withdrawalBest Regards, [redacted]
