This client actually called her credit card company ad said we committed fraud by using her card without her authority!We did not - she gave us her cards to complete the transaction!She ONLY did this because she does not agree with our refund policy;We have TRIED in so many ways to accommodate this... person but the client keeps making email threats, making false allegations and generally changing her mind every dayWe HAVE her agreement to receive 50% refund - yes actually evidence that she accepted our refund of 50% in her case not all transactions we do here are subject to varying refund policies;We did NOTHING wrong in this case and are so surprised about the account of the actual procedure and what transpired by the client that we are not going into what she has said bit by bit because most of what she has written is totally incorrect;We HAVE the CORRECT evidence and her agreement to a refund of 50% - if ANYONE wants to see the evidence then email us;The client has now again made a claim with her cc company claiming now something different so we are now dealing with that issue and will submit to her cc company evidence so that they reject her claim, and then perhaps we can proceed according to our policys;The NY 3 day rule does NOT and we repeat DOES NOT apply to internet online sales which this was;As far as the BBB involvement we request you close this case and stop wasting time on this as the client obviously has a different agenda and direction;WE cant JUST refund someone just like that and anyone knowing being a Company we don't just do it like that its not that simple;We have tried and tried with this person but she ignores us and chooses all these alternate routes which are holding up her refund process with us!!
On [redacted] had rented a booth from Upstate Photo Booth'sUpon arrival of the event the printer was not printing out picturesI (Stefanie G***) being the rental director immediately packed up anotherprinter and brought it to the event right away, the tech was told to still take pictures and I would be there shortly with another printer to resolve the issue as the event was hours from me(This was when she claimed my tech was talking on the phone to resolve the issue)Upon arriving to the event not a single person was even interested in the photo booth(which was still taking pictures, the printouts would be ready as soon as I got the printer working)I immediately worked on that printer which was up and running within the first half hour I was thereI spoke with [redacted] numerous times throughout the night and told her that the booth was up and running and ready to be used as it was at PM for the start time.-Still no one used the boothThe photos for that night were printed and handed out to everyone at the event before I left at 9:PMThe event was scheduled untilPMI did not feel the need for my techs to stay any extra time as the booth was set up at PMAt PM my tech was shutting down the booth and [redacted] walked over and said "You guys are not going to stay the time that was missed"? Mt techs reply was "Let me call my boss" That was all he could get out before [redacted] started Cussing at him and calling him namesI did not get Minutes down the road and my technicians called me and said that [redacted] 's husband walked up to him and said "you are not taking this equipment anywhere until I get a refund"( [redacted] had not one single issue to bring up to me while I was at the event)My technician was told by me to now pack up and come homeAs they packed up the gentlemen followed my technicians out to the loading vehicle with the bride as the bride called him a "piece of ***'' ETC To me this was harassment to begin with and they broke the contract by [redacted] cussing at him before he can get any answers from me at all! Unfortunately things like this happen, I do not walk out to my car every morning for my car to tell me that it's going to break down miles down the roadI took the correct steps into getting her the services that she paid for- she got the Montage, DVD, Photo Album and she was also given all of the strips that were taken that night to hand out to her guestsAttached is a copy of the contract signed by [redacted] , Number on the contract states anything you need to know about this complaint! Thank you for your time!#On the contract states:You the purchaser and Upstate Photo Booths agree that any rude or threatening comments or inappropriate actions by attendees or guests will terminate the booth at the discretion of the technician on site(A verbal warning in the first instance will be given to you, and the booth will continue to run, whereas in the event of a second incident of rude or threatening comments or non compliance with the photo booth operators instructions, the booth will be shut down and terminated)KindlyStefanie G***Rental Division Manager
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have mailed the disc they sent to me that shows the timeline of the booth running, the clock is an hour off but still will show how long they actually took picturesi did not approach anyone until it was made known to me that they were rushing people through to be done at pm, when I did approach at no point did he offer to stay any longerHe stated that if his boss wanted him to stay she would of told him to since she had only left min prior to shutting downthe booth never started until 6:not 6:and was shut down fixing the printer from 8;until 9:At 9:the pictures for the night had finally been printed out and thrown on the table with the tops cut off because the wrong name was on them(most of those guests had already left,so we had to mail them with thank you notes) and at 9:my daughter received the photo album that was supposed to be for guests to signI've already stated the rudeness of the tech but was made aware after the event that he was yelling at them to hurry up and get out of the booth at the end , I was never giving any warning about rude and threatening comments because they were already packing up before I even approached,because I was made to believe to that they were going to take pictures of the people that had been waiting for that hour it was shut down,that was stated to me by Stephanie when she leftI will forward my emails that they state that they did not start until 6: Regards, [redacted]

***,I wanted you to be aware that we are in the process of sending you a $refund as I think that because you have had to spend some extra money on getting the photos to the kids that were at the eventI would like to clear something up as in your report you said that the
representatives were rude and unprofessionalI worked on this very hard in getting you everything in a timely mannerThe only time that I think you think I may have been rude is when you called me after you had received everything and said that they were poorly done with poor quality"That was not me being rude to you, that was explaining that the pictures you saw on the screen that night were the pictures that were printed from the strips, you said "great quality on the screen" the strips were printed the same way the pictures on the screen were, no way for me to change what the pictures on the strips printed out likeI hope that you understand and I hope that this refund will help you for the holidaysI am sorry that you were not satisfied as everyone is initialed to their own opinionI am going to print this e mail and send it back to the Revdex.com with a copy of the check and I hope that we can come to an agreement that you have gotten your refund for not having the printer working at the event but not because we were rude to you in any wayThank you for your time and patience, you should receive the check by the end of the weekHope you have a great day!KindlyStefanie G***
This client made a deposit to buy a photo booth in some years ago and we built the machine and stored it for over year which storage fees accumulated - the client was non responsive to emails and calls when the balance was due;Recently last year the client contacted us and wanted a
refund;Our policy which is clearly defined is that NO REFUNDS are due when a client makes a deposit under these circumstances which is clearly defined on our website terms and conditions of sale;In light of this clients situation we agreed to partially refund him as a goodwill gesture;We mailed a check to his address last December and apparently it was not received;We then resent another check and again it was not received or cashed;This client has had several addresses;We recently said we would cancel the checks sent out and resend another;The client has BOMBARDED us with continual emails and telephone calls to the point of harassing our Company and even called one of us on a personal cell phone at 3am in the morning at home!This client has been told to STOP this harassment otherwise we will file a complaint with the Police.We are in due process of issuing another check and now he has filed this complaint and therefore at this point we are freezing this refund until the client stops his harassment of our staff and company and apologizes for his behavior;Remember we are under NO obligation to issue a refund under our terms and may withdraw this if he continues to either harass, threaten or post derogatory marks about us which is slander anywhere else.We are totally within our right to close this case and not issue any refund at all;If this complaint is withdrawn on Revdex.com we will reopen the case and send the goodwill gesture refund

At 9:40 the pictures for the night had finally been printed out and thrown on the table with the tops cut off because the wrong name was on them(most of those guests had already left,so we had to mail them with thank you notes) and at 9:45 my daughter received the photo album that was supposed to be for guests to sign.
