Snap Shipping Service

I bought a ragdoll kitten from a dealer in Atlanta, GA. He contracted Snap Shipping Service, Clayton, GA to ship the kitten to me.

The kitten was picked up from the dealer on 4/29/19 and held at their facility in Clayton, GA
awaiting shipment to me in Van Buren, AR. Their
original shipping order called for an arrival date to me of 5/6/2019. So far all I have heard
from Snap shipping is requests for more money to buy additional pieces of paper, or a stronger crate to ship the kitten in. I have sent them over $3200 in moneygrams to meet their req.s. Right now they are holding up shipping the kitten for"on hold for refundable insurance certificate" which I have no idea what it is or how much it costs. I looked this up on the Internet and most people say that it is just a SCAM to get more money out of unsuspecting people. At this point in time, I believe that my kitten is never going to be shipped. I have written emails to Snap Shipping
and have tried to call them(they just have one
listed phone no.) and receive no replies to either. I have written them e-mails just to cancel the shipment; return my money(which is supposed to be 100% returnable) and return the kitten to the seller whom I have already notified. It has now been almost (4) weeks since the kitten was picked up and either want
him shipped to me immediately or get my money back.
