The statements made by this customer are false. A credit verification is not required to do business with me and or a verification is not done with every shop or customer I do business with. As for the other tool guys. It is not my concern how...

they run their business. I loan $100's to $1000's of dollar to customer on a no finance charge hand shake. It is in my best interest to have a credit verification on each customer if they are willing.
This customer had a choice to refuse the credit verification as do all customer at the time of setting up a new account with me. Every customer including this customer was informed a credit verification would be done before they signed for authorization (a signed copy can be provided for this customer). All customer were also given a free gift for their authorization of the credit verication which this customer did except and signed for authorization. A signed copy can be provided if needed.
I have numerous customer that requested not to have their credit verified or refused to sign the authorization. I continue to do business with them as well as this customer who filed this complaint. All these statement made by me [redacted] are true and can be supported by documentation at any time if reguired.
