To Whom it may concern,This is a very unfortunate situation This customer had placed an order on July 29, At that time he was advised the APPROXIMATE lead time for the quantity ordered would be approximately 8-weeksThis lead time was approved by the customer Our manufacturing department is located in China and thus logistics associated with our approximate lead time may very due to the many possible variables associated with over seas travel.On this particular occasion we had previously shipped a portion of this order in an attempt to assist the customer with having some stock immediately available.This order has been shipped today via UPS LTL service From July 29, to today we have missed the approximate lead time advised by business days.Tracking has been advised and we feel we have been more then accommodating in our efforts to assist this customer with their order.Thank you,Snap Frames Direct
