Snap Fitness

My gym membership at snap fitness was frozen due to the covid19 pandemic on March 16, 2020. The gym was re-opened on June 16th. I asked for my membership to be cancelled on June 17th...the re-opening email did not arrive in my email until June 17th. The owner replied that billing had already been processed for June 16-30 but emailed me on June 19th that he will mail me a refund check in the amount of $50. As of July 6th this check has not arrived. I emailed the owner on July 6th to follow up on the status of the refund check. The owner has not replied. I want my $50 refund check as promised by the owner.
