I am rejecting this response because:I'm not sure where they gathered...

that I was "okay" with that. No one talked to me and no one verified anything. With me. The reason the account was cancelled was because I, myself, cancelled my debit card so they could no longer pull from my account.

Ms. [redacted] account was cancelled effective 5/31/17. After explaining our 30-day cancellation policy she was OK with the final billing and the $20.00 service charge for the initial credit card decline.
