Snap Fitness of East Bethel

I have been with Snap Fitness since November 2018. I signed up at the Blaine, MN Pheasant Ridge location. My card was auto charged monthly with no issue until my primary membership was switched automatically to the East Bethel location on Jan 20, 2020. On Feb 5th I was advised bye Snap via email that my card did not go through for the first time ever. I sent a couple emails to East Bethel requesting they fix the issue as I confirmed there isn't an issue with my card. They claimed NSF even though every month I have a 0 balance because I pay it twice a month per my pay periods. They are charging me an NSF fee. I have since cancelled my membership (though it's not official until my account is paid off - according to them). As with any gym you have to give notice and I agreed I would pay February and March (more than the 30 day notice requirement to cancel $24.28 total even though my card no longer grants me access). The gym insists I pay the NSF and I refuse to do so just based on the principle. The mistake was theirs and I shouldn't be penalized for it. The only issue ever with Snap is when they transferred my account and screwed something up. My card not going through and transfer of membership is obviously NOT a coincidence.
