Terrible time trying to pay out this loanFirst of all there is no SNAP on your contract......just a numbered company and address which goes to a houseNo name to contact no telephone numberTook days of calling every loan title firm on the internet to find out who I had a loan with............time charging interest.......I had sold my car to a reputable mainstream dealership who sent a cheque for all charges due to release the lean overnight by expressThey received the cheque......but STILL refused to release anything for more business days until the cheque cleared.....and during this time they are holding $for their GPS unit......but only then will they say who to see to get it off.........and THEN the money is going to the dealership not me.....who then have to issue ME a cheque......All in all they are holding my car and money hostage AFTER the loan is already paid offIt will likely take a good days until all Snap Ties are broken on this car......That is NOT pay off any timeThey are holding both my money and my car hostage many days after the loan is paid[redacted]

We had Snap Finanical, back our Bathroom RenoApparently in the fine print, but never discussed was the fact that to get the finances they put a lien on your houseNot impressedI find it sneaky considering if we had been verbally told we would not have used thenNobody mentions it until you get a lien in the mail for your house

I signed up for the service with SNAP after a recommendationAfter owning the policy for months, I realized this service was not something I personally saw value inI called the company (as per the first letter I received, welcoming me) and was quickly passed between people in the organizationWhen the right person said they could cancel my plan, it was mentioned that they would need to charge a partial charge, as I was half way through the current monthly cycle Understanding this, I was charged on my credit card and provided a confirmation number, and thought I was done
An additional charge came a few weeks later for the next month of usageAfter calling into the same number as before, being passed around they stated they had no record of my cancellation I was able to provide the date and markings of my credit card
As it stands they said they will talk to the manager regarding the caseNo mention of calling back, no follow up, just simply a lack of customer services, knowledge and communication

My parents bought a water treatment system from [redacted] water. They use this company for financing. Little did my parents know that snap put a Klein on my parents house, and they were never told this would happen or they would never have used them. I finally got through to this company after conculfing a lawyer and unless your delinquent on payments, its [redacted] for them to do this. [redacted]

They received the cheque......but STILL refused to release anything for 5 more business days until the cheque cleared.....and during this time they are holding $500 for their GPS unit......but only then will they say who to see to get it off.........and THEN the money is going to the dealership not me.....who then have to issue ME a cheque......All in all they are holding my car and money hostage AFTER the loan is already paid off. It will likely take a good 15 days until all Snap Ties are broken on this car......That is NOT pay off any time. They are holding both my money and my car hostage many days after the loan is paid.[redacted]
