Your rep keeps harassing me every month within my days grace periodThis month was twiceMy banks has record you receive payments days before it clearsYou get notify by your lock box the next day after the check clearsI told shannon that with all the interest you charge each customer pay to receive electronic payments instead of mail a check or other option is to make payments in month for auto draft or pay $I can only speak to rep about my accountI always have an issue with this company, believe me if I can pay off this loan tomorrow,I wouldI spoke to bill pay merchant 1800-243-that checks take up to hours to clearSo is not the same day you receive them.You post my payments the day check clears not the day you receive them like you suppose toCall your lock box they have my payment but it has not clear yet and not harass customers during the grace period
First of all the store that I bought my tires must have wrote my information down wrong about my checking acct that was to be auto payments twice monthly so the first month, I got a text stating that my acct information was wrong I called and gave both debit card and checking acct numbers to their staff but was charged a return fee Now this month, I got another text from them stating that it had been returned from my bank Guess what, I called my bank and they said nothing had been returned and they had no payment request from
SNAP finance since 6/ So once again I called SNAP Even offered my banks number What is the problem? Is this how t hey make their money I have to pay the late fee again and for what reason They submitted manually and cant type correctly Disgusted with it Will be paying off my tires as soon as possible

They were never not intended to be brought into our proposal. While working nights and sleeping during the day, the caller from Snao had insisted I be woke up to "deal with me". You get notify by your lock box the next day after the check clears. I told shannon that with all the interest you charge each customer pay to receive electronic payments instead of mail a check or other option is to make 2 payments in 1 month for auto draft or pay $5. I can only speak to 1 rep about my account. I always have an issue with this company, believe me if I can pay off this loan tomorrow,I would. I spoke to bill pay merchant 1800-243-2508 that checks take up to 72 hours to clear. So is not the same day you receive them.You post my payments the day check clears not the day you receive them like you suppose to. Call your lock box they have my payment but it has not clear yet and not harass customers during the grace period.
